Flipkart — Rejected my replacement request of defective product | |
I have recently purchased a gaming smartphone (Poco f3 GT) through flipkart on 02-Oct-2021 and it got delivered on 06-Oct-2021. Order Id - OD[protected]. I was facing software issues sometimes and wifi not working properly it's got disconnected sometimes, not often. So i did factory reset and also updated software to the latest version. Nothing works. So that i took screen recording of the issues and raised replacement request. Because i already experienced with Flipkart replacement once . So Flipkart arranged Jeeves technician visit. Technician came and installed some performance testing app and told everything working fine. But he couldn't accept the proof which i have Because of the Flipkart policy. So they cancelled my replacement request. I have attached some screen recording of the issues i'm facing. I just need an replacement. Was this information helpful? | |
