Flipkart — rejected my return requests (under return policy) and blocked my account

My flipkart account ([protected]@gmail.com) got blocked due to high returns and they didn't warn me before ordering and rejected my return request. I ordered some products in 3-4 quantity in different colour on same date & they all got delivered on same date but i didnt like the quality so had to return all of them together. They said that there all multiple return requests so blocked account. But when i ordered either they should warn me before or first resolve the return requests then block it. They wasted my so much of time & money. Return policy is upto 4th january 2020 but i cant do anything.
They blocked the account with open return request without resolving them. I had loss of 3600rs. Even customer supports are mailing same replies saying that 'we understand your problem but seller has rejected your return request'. I have not purchased directly from seller but from flipkart so fk is answerable to all my complaints. How can they put now everything on seller's head sitting and talking robotic language? Please help!

one person name Rahul Tripathi called me and he was asking my debit card details when I was telling him to refund in my bank and he was asking me my personal details which is wrong.. this is a fraud thing.. the people are making money using this complaint.. their cheap mentality and when I asked him why you are asking me card detail when i am giving my account number he disconnected my call

But before ordering you should inform not after delivering the order. As all these products came on the same day so i have to return altogether as i didn't like the quality of the product. Am i forced to keep the products!?? This isn't the policy. Products are still under return policy instead of that You blocked my account. This is what you do with customers! Giving wrong policies and make them buy and later on force them to keep bad quality things. See you deliver all products on same date and if i could have got some products early then i could have checked quality first and wouldn't have accepted other products. But you delivered all together only so i cane to know about the quality of all products at same time only. So what am i supposed to do now? Keeping all bad products which aren't worth of a penny because of your new policy which i cane to know after buying.
See if you go to shop and buy 4 packed products (different colours) and after going home you open and realise that products are waste. Then you go back to shop and seller tells you that you can't return all products as this is unusual. So what will you do? Because either seller could have informed you before buying or could have refunded you this time and next time onwards you will buy higher range better quality products. Right!!
Either warn before and refund this time and next time onwards i will not return. Because that's cheating as after delivering you are saying you can't return.

Why are you replying same robotic answers again and again? Read what you are typing first. And read with your head what people are writing to you, listen them properly, try to understand what is the real concern and where does fault lies and what should be done legally. Dont waste your and others time by copy pasting same replies.

As I ordered a truke air pods 3days before the problem is when I opened the box there is nothing inside the box i have reached the customer care many times but still now i didn't get my refund.it was my hard money so please help me with my problem.
