[Resolved] Flipkart — rejection of mobile in exchange offer | |||||
Today (21 nov 2017), my moto g4 plus mobile which was supposed to be exchanged for the redmi note 4. The delivery man has refused to accept my phone because of flaked paint. The exchange offer terms and conditions explicitly states only cracks on the body as basis of rejection. The delivery man had asked me to do a factory reset. Now because of this arbitrary action, it has caused me a lot of trouble in terms of getting my phone functional again. Desirable resolution: contact the delivery personnel and ask them to do a second inspection. My phone is not in violation of the terms of exchange. Was this information helpful? | |||||
