Flipkart — Repeated delay in delivery regarding | |
I have ordered for cello induction bottomware cookware set bearing an Order ID - OD[protected] cello 2 Pcs Non Stick With Glass Lid Induction Bottom Cookware Set, on 2nd October 2021, the time of delivery promised was 6/10/2021. Now, if I check the order status, item not yet reached the nearest hub, arrived the Flipkart facility Hyderabad at 10.18AM. And the location for delivery is zahirabad. What is this nonsense, this is the 5th time the Flipkart is delaying my order. Even after repeated complaints to the customer care of Flipkart they are repeating it again . Me a Flipkart plus member is also being treated the same . There should be a strict action taken against them as an e-commerce site. Amazon the peer and a competitor to Flipkart is doing very well in its delivery, why Flipkart is not able to do it, may be because of lack of strict application of e- commerce rules and lack of fear for consumer forum. please take a strict action regarding this.
