[Resolved] Flipkart — replacement being cancelled since 3rd dec 2017 till date | |||||
This is to inform you that i ordered for a spicebun back cover for samsung galaxy c9 pro and when i received it i found that it was broken on 3rd dec 2017. I raised a replacement request but it got cancelled without any intimation. Since then i have been calling up the customer care and asking for a replacement, i even get an assurance everytime that it will not be cancelled this time but it happens again. Every time i call up the customer care i am being told that they will make sure that the request is not cancelled but nothing is done. They are also not providing me a refund and i am just stuck in the middle. On top of that i get an email saying that please order another cover as the request has again been cancelled. Please let me know who is going to pay for the new cover. I am really disheartened by flipkart. Was this information helpful? | |||||
