Respected sir/madam,
I want attention for my order, i have purchased a symphony touch cooler 55 ltr.
When i recieved it, found faulty and damaged from inside. I tried to contact to flipcart customer support but i found nothing in back. They only give me dates in extended way.
I applied for its replacment and it takes a lot of time, even not pick the product yet.
Now i try to cancel the product but i unabled. Then flipcart person asked for refund but they don't given any.
So please sir/madam help me to cancel this product and refund my money.
