I, rajib mandal has been placed an order *realme 5 pro (Crystal green 64gb) (6gb ram) *on 3rd october 2019 (*order id - od[protected]*) and Received a wrong product i. E *realme 5 pro (Crystal green 64gb) (4gb ram) *on 10th october 2019. I have raised a request for replacement to actual order which i had placed And flipkart was assured me to resolve the same and process my replacement On or before 13th october 2019 at 4:12pm. The promised time has been over but till now the return approval is remaim Pending. Kindly do the needful and replace my product to actual order. Verified Support Dec 27, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that there is an issue with product delivered . We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on 23 Oct 19. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
