[Resolved] Flipkart — Replacement not provided from flipkart | |||||
I bought a device redmi note 4 from flipkart on 22nd March and received on 24th march and when I use the device it is defective performing random reboots means device is running hangs and reboots and this is happening again and again i request a replacement policy as per flipkart they rejected once and again i requested a technician visit me and try to solve the issue in 5 mins he didn't get the problem he is not able to understand and he updates the flipkart that phone does not have any issue and rejected again the request and then i call customer care he said they will not be able to replace because your phone does not have any issue and talked to me rudely and didn't disclose his full name and employee id and disconnected the call The employee name is Anshul Just Anshul is only provided to us not anything else and now I want replacement of my device and they rejected my replacement .
