[Resolved] Flipkart — replacement of damaged product. | |||
I purchased redmi note 4 (Gold, 64... With order id od[protected] Which was delivered on 31st july 13.30 hrs. Opening the box i got the Mobile with damaged display. Immediately at 13.37 hrs i informed the Delivery boy and he advised me to put a replacement request for the Product. I followed and request was confirmed by seller. After a while Cancellation massage came to me at 17.49 hrs. Again i registered another Request and the same process was repeated. I informed the delivery boy and He advised me to wait for next day, as i complained, any executive may come To me to check the product. No such body came to me. Again i tried to file A complain, but surprisingly this time i found my order for this product Has been removed from the order list.in fact all my orders of current year Been removed from order list. Verified Support Aug 07, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer complained for display damage. We interacted and apologized for the issue and processed replacement. Hence closing the case.
