Flipkart — Replacement of faulty AC | |
Order ID - OD[protected] I had ordered for for a hitachi 1.5 ton ac on flipkart which was delivered on 29 April. The installation happened on 1 May and there was a lot of noise from the ac fan and also there was water leakage and the horizontal swing is also not working. The technician told me that the produ t was faulty and needed to be replaced. I raised a replacement request and it is showing that the product will be replaced by 18 May. If I purachase a new ac of the same brand and model they are delivering it in 1 day. I need the ac as my parents are old and they cannot bear the summer weather. Can you help resolve the issue and replace the product in 2 days time. Was this information helpful? | |
