[Resolved] Flipkart — replacement of karbonn k pebble phone | |||
I ordered the phone karbonn k pebble from flipkart on 18th of july’19 and received the phone on 20th july’19, i started the phone which was hanging so i placed the return request on the same day was showing the replacement only as this was the only option available on app. On 23rd of july19 the wish master came to deliver the new one he checked the phone which had the issue and replied that the phone was not hanging but dead so we need to raise another request for dead and he left. So the delivery got rejected. I customer care to complaint as there was no option available to raise another request, the executive replied that because of system issue they are not able raise the request of return and wanted time of 48 hrs after 48 hrs i again followed up and got the same reply. On 25th i called again for the status and they wanted time till 27th now today i got another message that” we are sorry for the delay they need more time till 29th. I had a pathetic service experience of flipkart. I am just eating to get the basic from last 7 days. Please refund the money i don’t need the phone because it is of no use now.
