[Resolved] Flipkart — Replacement of RedMi 1S is not delivered and They keep on postponing the delivery date. They won't even cancel the order. | |||
I ordered a RedMi 1S from flipkart. I requested a replacement as the delivered device was not functioning. Now, they are just postponing the delivery date every week. it's been two months and I have not received my product. I called their customer support four times regarding the same. I even requested them to cancel the order and refund my amount but they are not giving any information. Was this information helpful? | |||
