Flipkart — Replacement Rejected -[protected] | |
I had bought a Samsung TV from flipkart on 09th June, 2020 which was delivered on 12th June and Installed on 13th June. After few days o[censored]sing the TV i realized the one connect box (i.e. setup box) that comes with this TV is heating up very much. So i put an replacement request on 16th June. The box heated up so much that it somewhat melted my wifi router kept on top of it. After request i was told technician will visit on 22nd June, 2020 which never happened. I kept on insisting that my 10 days replacement policy will expire they kept on extending days. Finally the guy came on 24th June, 2020. He said everything is fine there is no issue TV will show you if it is getting extra hot. He said keep the TV on for two days and will follow up. No one ever called me back. I kept on asking flipkart they kept on saying we will resolve in two days. And finally the cancel my replacement request without informing me on 30th June, 2020. On chatting back with them they said technician said he resolved and customer was happy and exited the chat. I have read multiple forums of Samsung around the world saying this heat will kill your device. Now I don't want replacement but I want return the product. Was this information helpful? | |
