[Resolved] Flipkart — Replacement request cancelled | |||||
I have ordered a Lenovo VIBE K5 Note from Flipkart which got delivered to me on 4th June . Then after using one day it started showing software issues. Then I called the Flipkart customer care executive and asked for help and they provided me with online solution and told me to try and if that doesn't work out then they will replace my product.After following their instructions the issue still persists and again I requested for replacement and they accepted my request with a technical visit of the phone. After the technical visit I am still facing the issue and want to replace the product but now I can see the request taken for replacement is cancelled by Flipkart on the basis of the technical visit. As per Flipkart replacement policy they will replace the product if the product is found faulty but they are not taking my replacement request now. So I told them I don't want replacement now I will return the product, so they are saying it is not possible. So what can I do now ? Please help. Thanks Tapas Was this information helpful? | |||||
