[Resolved] Flipkart — replacement request cancelled complaint | |||
I had been a customer of Flipkart from last year's.but when purchased a Acer laptop from Flipkart.i purchased the laptop and was delivered on 4th July, that was received my mom. as I was out of station till 9th july.on 9th July when I unboxed the laptop there were noticeable scratches.then I switched it on.after I on the laptop download a movie.when I was watching the movie it got sudeenly off after few minutes it started.it was hanging too.but on 11july when I placed replacement request to Flipkart they accepted my request and sent a technician from acer.the technician from Flipkart arrived to my home and checked the issue he said me that the replacement for scratches and auto shut issue is not provided, it should have to be provided by flipkart.they said they are in the process but on17 July they rejected my replacement request and said they will call me by 20 July.please Flipkart don't break my trust on you.either you replace it or refund my money Was this information helpful? | |||
