[Resolved] Flipkart — request for refund of money paid by net banking for order not placed. | |||
Dear Sir/Madam While i booking an order YU mobile on 21.08.2018 at 01.16 PM, i have make payment by net banking for this (Bank Statement and Reply from Bank enclosed). After this not completed order, i am again make an order on the basis of COD on 21.08.2018. and second order was received on the date 23.08.2018 and paid by debit card to instacart. (bank Statement enclosed) From the date of 21.08.2018 i make the request for refund of amount for order not successfully made i.e paid by net banking on customer care number [protected]. and replies received as follows. Call 1 Reply - It will take 8 Working Days for refund. Call 2 Reply - Please call to your Bank for Refund. Call 3 Reply - it will take 4 more days for resolve. Call 4 reply - Amount not reflect in our account so please contact your bank. Call 5 Reply - we email to you for non receipt of amount in our account. But till now i am to getting any satisfactory reply from your side. So i am again requesting to you please refund my amount (Rs.5499) as soon as possible/if you not getting the amount in your account then please provide me confirmation letter that the amount is not received in your account for the purpose of Bank.
