[Resolved] Flipkart — Requested a product return but Ekart employee doesn't take it stating MRP Mismatch reason | |||||
Purchased a Fastrack watchfrom Flipkart order ID- OD[protected], it got delivered and for a reason I wanted to return the product as it was not of size I preferred. I have placed return request four times but the Ekart delivery person doesn't accept it saying there is MRP mismatch, this has happened four times even after the assurance of customer service department. There is some ERP problem in your system, and customers like me are getting trouble. How can MRP of product and invoice price be same when I got product in discounted price. Have got In touch with Customer care support for 4 times and got fake assurances by the the team every time, why can't Flipkart solve this simple problem even after 4 times. I will be taking legal action on Flipkart about this issue as I'm helpless now and see no resort in this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Apr 21, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We have taken up this case internally. We have already escalated this issue to our Hub. We will get back to the customer once we get an update.
