[Resolved] Flipkart — requested for returning a product | |||
Hi, My order id: od[protected]. I have brought a redmi note 5 pro on 19 august 2018. Recently i had a problem with charging. Device takes too much time to charge completely. So i raised a return request on 29 august 2018. I have cross checked with my friends and redmi service center that within 1 hour device will charge 50-60% max but my device charges only upto 30% for 1 hour. So i raised a return request. Some team have spoken to me regarding the issue i raised for product return on 30 august 2018. They told we will call back or email you regarding the next step. But without my knowledge they have rejected my return request mentioning that the problem have solved on trouble shooting. But no trouble shooting methods have taken place on my device.
