Flipkart — Requesting Mobile Replacement or Refund

I bought Redmi 3S Prime non-removable battery mobile on Oct- 1st through Flipkart, couple of days before i.e (20.10.16) the mobile was not working (MI logo only displayed in the screen and it was rebooted again and again). I contacted flipkart customer care regarding this, and they redirected me to contact Redmi customer care. The Redmi customer care said that I have to check with Redmi service center- (Erode). In the service center they checked my mobile and said that there is a damage in the finger print sensor cable and also the mobile back seal case is broken, hence it cannot be claimed under the warranty and that I have to pay amount from my pocket to get it rectified . Again I called flipkart customer care for requesting replacement or refund for the mobile and the person I spoke asked me to wait till 25.10.16 and also he suggested me not to leave my mobile in the service centre and will confirm through phone call or mail. After which I received a call from filpkart on 23.10.16 and they said that there is no option for replacement or refund as the mobile is out of policy. So I request you to kindly solve this problem and I hope I get the best of solution from flipkart . There have been many transactions by me and my friends with flipkart, as of date we have not had any issues. This is the first of the case. But this has caused a negative impact on flipkart . Kindly give a solution which will enhance the future transactions with your company. Hoping for the best.
