[Resolved] Flipkart — Resorting to Fraud? | |||
i ordered two products but only one of the them was delivered.I made the complain about the same & there is no assurance from Flipkart that, when it would be resolved. Customer care executives don't seem to be well trained to take the call. I had to call Flipkart for more than 5 times & every time there was a different process to be followed... s**it man...!! The product (one of them ) delivered to me is really cheap in quality & even color is also completely different then what i ordered. Looks like Flipkart is resorted to Shopclues ways of dealing customer(fraud/cheat)... Was this information helpful? | |||
