[Resolved] Flipkart — response, refund, behaviour | |||
I ordered a bag of Rs.799 even after 30 days i didn't received the back so I called up Flipkart regarding this .The answer from their side was "The packaging was opened (torn) so the bag was not delivered and Once we receive the bag here at out facility we will process the Refund " . After this, even being a Flipkart first customer I am unable to order anything from my account .So I called back and those guys are constantly saying its coz of technical issue and each time my order is being cancelled by own.I have approx Rs. 450 as my flipkart wallet amount which also I am unable to redeem. And any update on my incident which is scheduled is getting extended day by day .They are evan making me wait for 30 Min to attend the call amanb.[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
