[Resolved]  Flipkart — return of order od[protected]

I have been placed order, but received the product without battery. When i am trying to place return from mobile application, there is no option under accessory that battery is missing.

I called to customer care and they raised return request behalf of me, when executive came to collect product, there was there is discrepancy between what return request raised by customer care executive and what item missing my end. So he rejected to collect the return product (Sept 7th).

I called to customer care and it got escalated to higher level on same day (Sept 7th) and they said you will receive the call by sept 12th. It got closed with any intimation.

And when i am called to customer they said your account got blocked. Your escalation request has been cancelled.

I am receiving mails that your account got locked with below message for all the products including which there in cart without placing order.

"system have detected that you've been making unfair use of the offers under our token of apology program. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account."

Till now i am not getting any clear information that.. Why my account got locked instead of most generic message as above. And customer care ppl are not giving proper information.

Please activate my account and process my return request.

This kind of scenarios will create bad impression on flipkat, we may need to think, if we order from flipkart.

when i called to customer care they said issue will be resolved by 12th Sept 2018, but no update related issue. return policy going to end by 14th Sept 2018.

Flipkart team locked my account with wallet amount of 3300 (aprox) without any mistake form my-end and not proving valid reason.

i am only getting information that " we escalated to back-end team, they will get back to you".

We've interacted with the customer and resolved the complaint by providing the refund to the bank account for Rs.3375 and the customer confirmed the credit to his account hence closing the complaint from our end.
