[Resolved]  Flipkart — return & refund of mobile purchase online

I had ordered & purchased a Panasonic Eluga Ray700 from Flipkart on 11th November 2017. I got the delivery on 14th November 2017. The Mobile which I got was defected. I called up customer care for return & refund but they convinced me saying that once a technician from Flipkart will visit and troubleshoot the issue and after troubleshooting the issue still not resolved then they will immediately take back the defected piece and refund the amount in the provided bank account. After multiple follow ups I still did not get any resolution. They make fake promises for a Tech visit and continue delaying and postponing. The whole details are attached herewith.

Request you to take strict action and please resolve this issue at the earliest.

A Technician from Flipkart visited today at 12:19 PM and checked the mobile found camera quality poor. Received a Letter of Issue from Technician. The issue is still not resolved.
