[Resolved] Flipkart — return request not processed | |||||
I was bought redmi note 4 costed 12, 999 on 21st june and its delivered on 24th jun. I was raised return request after 2days of delivery as phone is having heating issue. They called me one-twice to know whats the issue. I explained them they assured they will come back on same. But till yet after that no call issue is not resolved till yet. Even so many time raised issue request online on their site also. Calling their customer care also they says there is no return request raised. Its waste of money and time. I need solution. I ordered one tempered glass for my MI note 4 but the packet which i received is empty. This is poor service you provide to your coustmer.
