[Resolved] Flipkart — Return request rejected for 2 times | |
Flipkart is rejecting my return request without providing any reason. I requested for the return as soon as I saw that the product is defective. It was an order of 6 cengage books for Rs 3290/- and I got only 5 books in which 2 books has no DPPs and it was damaged. Flipkart asked me for my identity proof hence I also sent my aadhaar card. After 3 days it rejected my return request. And this was done 2 times and the return time period is over. I had a good opinion on Flipkart but now its getting ruined. Please resolve this as fast as possible or else I have to go for taking further action on Flipkart for this.

Jun 25, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved The customer care consultant detailedly asked about the defective product and reopened the return request and they could see that the return request was genuine and not for any misuse. Hence within 2 days they picked up the product and refund was also done on the same day. I think this problem has arised because many people misuse the return policy to make loss for the seller so Flipkart has slightly tightened the return policies. Hence its best advised to customers that they should see the package on the delivery itself and return it there only if it is defective. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Request you to note down the ARN:[protected]. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card. Hope this helps.
