Flipkart — Return request rejected my order | |||
I have ordered a Skechers Max Road 4 Running Shoes For Men (Navy) from my flipkart account Order ID - OD[protected] on 15/06/21. I received the said order on 20 june 2021. I checked but it does not fit and does not look good on me therefore i return request create in same day. After one day 21 june 21 has rejected my request then i called to customer care he told me some technical issue your request has rejected so again create return request so i created request but today after 2 days 23 June 21 my request is not accepted from seller i called to customer care he telling my request forwword to concern department and he email you for this issue this order will return or not then i telling why my return will not progress filpkart clearly written ", you can raise a refund, replacement or exchange request within 30 days of receiving the product." so why my request rejected customer care is disconnected my call.
