Flipkart — Return/refund process regarding my defective laptop being delayed unnecessarily | |||
Sir/Madam, I have received a defective product (HP compaq Laptop ) from flipkart dated 19/11/2014.Since second day of the product delivery, Laptop power button does work properly and laptop does not start up for long time on clicking power button.Also, abnormal shut-down frequently takes place. Post 5 days of delivery, I am forced to sumitted online application for return and money back dated 24/11/2014 going to flipkart site.But Flipkart is not taking proper action and return process is being delayed unnecessarily.Even Flipkart customer care number is useless and one can hardly talk to a customer care person directly, instead customers are being confuesd by voice-records. Product Model: Compaq 15-s001TU Notebook PC ALL Product Serial: CND4246YZ9 Order ID:OD[protected] Return ID at flipkart : 10341511 Please help me get rid of this defective product and get my money back back.
