Flipkart — rewards not received | |
I won a reward in a quiz time game of flipkart and they promised me to credit this reward by 9 October but didn't not received yet. After complaining with flipkart customer care they promised me to credit this reward by 15 October but they again cheated me. Now without giving any reason they blocked my account in game zone which is truly unfair with me.

We are sorry to let you know that we've got a confirmation from the seller that as per the terms and conditions of the contest you are not eligible to play the game in-game zone. Sellers and Flipkart reserve the right to disqualify You from the benefits of this Contest. The terms and conditions also say if you try to play using multiple accounts in the same device or same account in multiple devices, the seller has all the rights to disqualify the account from the benefits in terms of fair play. We would like to thank you for being patient while we worked on this. | |

I have also have same problem and having issue not giving reward and they are not allowing to play game and I have complained 10 times and they don't solve and also file on them also
