[Resolved] Flipkart — Ridiculous customer services | |||||
I brought a smartphone from flipkart tomorrow (Lenovo vibe k5 note) I received a defective item of touch screen problem. I noticed the problem on the same day i received the item. So i request for replacement by their 10 day easy replacement policy. I am sorry to say that they don't provide any replacement for me. And their customer care executive officer are very badly communicate with me They don't agree with their conditions So i request to the buyers for not buying any item from flipkart on festivals offer Because they cheat customer in this occasion Was this information helpful? | |||||
