Flipkart — Samsung Free Bezel Offer: Eligible for Free Coupon for frame not given | |||
Ordered The Samsung Frame TV 2021 and got it delivered on 4th October, 2021 by Flipkart. I was eligible for a free bezel for Samsung Frame TV post the return period(effective post 14th October). It has been more than 30 days that Flipkart Customer Support is not providing me the free coupon for the Samsung Frame TV Bezel/Frame through which I can buy the same product on Flipkart for free. After continuously complaining on Twitter against Flipkart Support they are not providing me the promised free bezel. Flipkart is involved in fraudulent marketing activities where they are promising their customers for freebies and luring their customers to buy their products. Later they are providing the freebie. I have recorded the customer executive's call by "Riya X" on 25th October, 2021 where she claimed that the Free Bezel coupon will be delivered to me withing 10 days i.e. by 4th November, 2021 by the seller "IWQNBecommerce" but today is 5th November and there is no response from Flipkart's partner seller.
