[Resolved] Flipkart — samsung galaxy j3 pro-service failure | |||||
Dear flipcart team, This is to inform you that recently i purchased an samsung galaxy j3 pro i had have concern with my product so i lodged complaint against this with complaint id od[protected] later i got a call from product specialist and i briefed him what i have issue he told me our technician will visit to you. But till date nobody visit on my place to rectify my issue since last 3 days i have been speaking with your representative with negative findings today again i spoke to your representative mr. Chandan and he has re-update my complaint and he has also informed that our staff were giving you wrong information your complaint ha already cancel and i have re-update this again. My question is why were they (Ms. Ankita) giving me wrong information?? Were they new staff?? If they don’t know about sop so kindly trained them.. Request to you kindly intervene and do the needful.
