Samsung galaxy j5 prime ka delivery 27 october 2017 ko hua jisme mobile nahi tha. Mai 27 october se daily customer care se baat karta hu. Daily 24 hours wait karne ko kaha jata hai lekin solution abhi tak nahi mila. Bola jata hai aapke id pe replacement nahi ho sakta.. N problem solve hota hai or n mera payment hi wapas ho raha hai.. Ye bhi nahi batate ki kabtak solution denge.. They do not even have the courtesy to contact me to resolve the issue. Please help me resolve this issue and get refund of my hard earned money..
