[Resolved] Flipkart — Samsung galaxy on nxt | |||||
I have purchased samsung galaxy on next but quality of phone is not good apart from this fingerprint sensor is also not working, battery backup is 6 hrs approx, camera quality is too worst. This phone is exclusively launched on flipcart so i was not able to view this phone on any outlet earlier to buy the phone when i have logged complain engineer were appointed but engineer were not visited at my palace when i have taken follow up from flipcart the executive told me that status is showing here engineer were visited at your site and no any problem were found when i have asked for documentary proof of engineer visit they told me that sir you don't worry again i am appointing engineer for visit. I have bought new phone from flipcart and facing that type of issue. So i am totally dissatisfied with service of flipcart. So, requesting you to look into the matter and availed me my refund.
