Flipkart — Samsung galaxy s7 | |||||
I have ordered (Order no od[protected] samsung galaxy s7 on the flipkart app on 28 may 2016 and the product was supposed to be delivered on 29 may 2016 while it didn't. When i contacted the customer care on 29 may, i was told that they the product will be delivered on priority within 48 hours and that i can expect the delivery by 31 may 2016. I still hadn't received the product by then and when i contacted the customer care, i was given the same textbook reply that the issue will be attended to within 48 hours. This is such a pathetic response from flipkart which is unexpected of a company like this. I have ordered this product to gift to someone special and flipkart betrayed the trust. When flipkart can't deliver on time, it should not make fake promises. Was this information helpful? | |||||
