[Resolved] Flipkart — Samsung galaxy s7 edge refund | |||||
I have ordered samsung galaxy s7 edge (Order # od[protected] part of the prelaunch, now after using the phone for couple of days the phone started to hang and reboot. After initiating a complaint, one of the engineers called me and asked me to factory reset the phone and promised to call back yesterday around 12 noon. I didnt get the call at all, when i complained they said that they are looking into this and requested 24hrs for resolution. Today morning they have closed the complaint and declined to refund the money of 57000 inr. I dont want this crappy product. Please help in getting my money back.
