Flipkart Customer Care's response We have interacted with the cx he said wall mount installation is not done..& there is a defect in the product hence cx said tech visit done..spoke to brand..he said wall mount was not available..so it was delayed & the product is defective..it has got line on screen...Panel issue...hence approved for the replacement..informed cx the product will be picked up on or before..19/6/2017..& once product reaches ware house the new product will be delivered cx agreed hence closing the case.
