My son purchased samsung a5 mobile from flipkart from first day he complaint at customer care and explain his problem. They run all test. Some time they agreed to refund and some time they refused. Now they didn't respond him properly and miss guide him. At the time of purchase they commit (Mentioned) 30 days money back policy, flipkart and seller not full fill their commitment. We request all flipkart customer please confirm from flipkart before purchase any item because after sell they are fail to support customer. Now i think to fill a case against flipkart. My problem not solved no one talk to me from flipkart side. They cheat customer .Mark my problem resolved without word with me. They never bother about customer.

So typical company my son feel sad with company executive behaviour . He really feel bad how online shopping company cheat customer . They are not fair with their customer . He said papa mere se galti ho gayi jo maine phone flipkart se le liya. Now no more online shopping. Money is not a criteria .
