[Resolved] Flipkart — Samsung On 7 mobile | |||||
I bought a Samsung galaxy On 7 from flipkart and it was delivered to me day before yesterday ie 25th of November. From the very first day I am facing network issues. When the mobile is not in use for about 1/2 an hour or so the network in both sim disappears and in order to get it back I have to restart the phone. Today since morning I had to restart my phone 6-7 times. When I called customer care, flipkart they told me to take my mobile to some Samsung service centre and get a certificate from them stating that the mobile really has some problem. I am seriously disappointed. I mean, I have spend my hard earned money on this mobile. The least they can do is tone replace the mobile or return it. It is clearly mentioned that it has 30 days replacement guarantee. Then what are they trying to do? Waiting for the 30 day period to get over? Was this information helpful? | |||||
Dec 24, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved I repeatedly called flipkart and they finally agreed on refunding my money. Though they haven't refunded my money yet but they picked up the mobile on 21st and assured me that I will get my money back as soon as they receive the mobile.
