[Resolved] Flipkart — samsung s9+ hardware issue | |||
My brother order samsung s9+ phone from his account. There is a line shown inside the screen. They arranged two technical visits but every time they closed my request by saying that software is working good. I always told them this is a hardware issue but they are not listening to me and they again arranged a technical visit 3rd time by saying that unless technical says phone is not good they can't replace it. Technical always provided false update to them and now again they are trusting seller to define the real condition. Why they are not taking any action against these false technical engineer?? Verified Support Dec 27, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that there is an issue with product delivered . We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on 16 Oct 19. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
