[Resolved] Flipkart — samsung s9+ hardware issue

My brother order samsung s9+ phone from his account. There is a line shown inside the screen. They arranged two technical visits but every time they closed my request by saying that software is working good. I always told them this is a hardware issue but they are not listening to me and they again arranged a technical visit 3rd time by saying that unless technical says phone is not good they can't replace it.
Technical always provided false update to them and now again they are trusting seller to define the real condition.
Why they are not taking any action against these false technical engineer??
I need this phone to get replace. I need value for my hard earned money.
