[Resolved] Flipkart — sansui 1.5ton inverter ac not working - requested for replacement | |||||
Ordered sansui 1.5ton inverter ac in flipkart on 23rd july 2017, delivered on 26th july 2017 and sent their people for installation on 27th july 2017. After installation cooling was not there even after 1 hr so called the person who installed it, he came and checked and confirmed as the condensor was not working so asked to request for replacement. I requested for replacement on the same day 27th july 2017 (Thursday). A person from sansui has also checked and confirmed that the product is defective. But still now they have not issued the product for replacement its already more than 15 days. I have followed up many times with their customer care through calls and mails also through facebook but no progress in replacement. I asked atleast to refund the amount paid but they didnt they are least bothered and very poor customer service Was this information helpful? | |||||
