[Resolved]  Flipkart — seal opened phone received and flipkart is delaying for the replacement.

I have ordered redmi note 7 pro on 15/07/2019 and received the product on 16/07/2019. When i was unboxing the package, found that product was not packed properly and also the mobile seal was opened already.
It was clearly written that we "do not accept the product if the seal is open". I have raised a replacement request with flipkart immediately and the response was verification process itself 4 days and replacement may take upto 12 working days!!
Are you guys crazy?? What kind verification you need? I have the proof of photo and video o[censored]npacking this device which clearly shows seal was broken.
When i paid complete amount and for your mistake why should i wait for so long??
I need this to be resolved by today 17/07/2019 and need the replacement by 18/07/2019 as i will be moving out of city.

Same thing happened today, i ordered Redmi note 7 pro and delivery boy told me to accept an opened box, firstly the cardboard box with my name and address didn't have the outer plastic bag of Flipkart, plus the seal of the box was also opened and the phone inside had its protective screen guard also removed . I refused to take the delivery of the phone, the delivery boy told me that he will buy a new phone and told me whether i would accept that ? I simply refused, he started crying, he said he delivered the product to someone else and that person opened the phone, i told him how can you deliver without seeing the Identity Card / address verification n all. Seems to be a big scam going on . Then i called Flipkart and the exec told me that I will get the phone in next two days.
