[Resolved] Flipkart — seller cancelled after product almost reached destination | |||
I had ordered a gaming laptop during the big billion sale on flipkart on 14th oct'18 and was expected to deliver today (23rd oct'18). At the last moment when the order was out for delivery it showed that order cancellation had been initiated by seller without any intimation and return of order along with refund was initiated. This was with an exchange of product for which i had already let it formatted and ready for exchange in which i had to delete personal files as well. Not only did my payment get stuck for 7 days during this delivery period but again the refund will take another 8 days which basically means i cannot take anything even during the sale from 24th oct onwards on amazon. (After this incident, no faith in flipkart) Feel highly disappointed and cheated. The item was a steal with the discount price and bank discounts applicable. (Highly advertised during the sale). Now it feels like they are just cheating the customer by highlighting goods/sellers and making false promises. This is as good as fraud. Was this information helpful? | |||
