[Resolved] Flipkart — seller denied replacement due to ourcover is not available | |||
Hi, I bought nokia 6.1 plus mobile through flipkart and there was some problems with handset hence asked to replace. After fighting with your policies and seller, seller was agreed to replace. Now wishmaster came to my place to replacement but unfortunately i don't have ourcover box but i have brand box, invoice, all accessories but i couldn't get replacement. From last 4-5 days i am contacting with flipkart and all those people are saying we can't do anything against seller. Do you this that it was my mistake that i purchased mobile from flipkart?
