I ordered my phone on 5th August 2022 in a sale.I got promised that I will get the order till 8th August 2022. I waited whole day but I didn't get my package. and when I saw they rescheduled to 10th August 2022 . I was exicitedily waiting on 10 th August and call flipkart customer care several times but they said to wait for today, on 11th august 2: 00 am I get notification that your refund amount initiated by seller and I didn't cancel by myself, and the refund amount will come till 19th August 2022. Now Price of phone also increased by 500 and my money will come after almost 15 days so there is no way to buy till I get the refund amount.
I request flipkart to refund me faster or give me product at the same price.
