Flipkart — Selling defective mobile and not refunding money | |
Please do not buy this product Samsung F-62 as it has huge overheating issues. The mobile becomes overheated after you play video for some time as if the mobile battery will blast. Even after technician visits who mentioned that mobile is overheating the the retailser has not refunded the money. Please do not buy from retailer Seller: TrueComRetail as he will not refund you in case your product is faulty. I did not get any support from FLIPKART as they have completely failed to get my money back. Now they even not responding to my mails and calls. They are also sending me FAKE messages of issue getting resolved. Please avoid buying product from thid retailer Was this information helpful? | |
