[Resolved] Flipkart — send me stone and not replacing or refunding | |||||
When i booked a mobile iphone5s 16gb worth 16770 in flipkart, they delivered me a stone instead of phone. When i had written multiple issues the flipkart used to give me a promised date and used to skip my issue. Like this i waited and finally ni resolution is there. I don't know why they are taking money and sending this type of products to online paid customers. Amazon is good compared to flipkart as they won't send these kind of stones and chest. They are not even accepting the return request in their site. Please look into my concern and refund as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||||

I'm ordered a product worth rs. 787 on 20th july. And order cancelled on the same day because of delivery takes long time. Same day i procwss for refund. But today is 29th july till this time no amount is credited to my account. What will do. Whom i call. What is the next step
