[Resolved] Flipkart — sent defective replacement of a damaged product, now delaying refund | |||||
I had ordered this samsung washing machine from flipkart on 7th dec2017. The machine i received was defective and was not working. According to procedure the technician of samsung visited and varified the defect. Then flipkart sent a replacement after 7 of that days. Now the replacement was i received was also physically damaged, it had dents and scratches all over the machine so i refused the replacement as suggested by customer care. Now they have cancelled the replacement. When called customer care they asked to place a refund request. Now they are saying the company (Samsung) technician will again visit and verify problem and then uninstallation will be done then pickup then refund. So it will take about 10 to 15 days now for the refund. They are sending technician to verify the defective product which is already verified as defective before all this for delaying the refund process on purpose. Worst experience ever. Verified Support Dec 22, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response The customer complaint about the Defective Product Issue. We had interacted with the customer and processed the refund. Today pick up is completed and refund will be credited within 2 business days. Hence closing the complaint from our end.
