Sir, My name : suraj kumar gupta I recently ordered a mobile redmi note 6 pro of rs 13000 of varient 4gbram/64gb on 23/11/2018 with filipkart order id no - od[protected]. But when i receive my shipment of product then i found a fake mobile of iphone in box. I arise many complaints to filipkart for replacement of product i. E i orderd. But they cancel my return every time. I also show all the details of wrong shipment to filipkart but they not provide me any resolution of my problem. So i request you to solve my problem. Verified Support Dec 20, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was different from what was ordered. We have interacted with the customer and investigated the case. The seller and the courier service provider have confirmed that the same product was delivered to customer's mother as was ordered by the customer, so informed the same to the customer. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
