[Resolved] Flipkart — service and return | |||
I have ordered onida led tv and same was delivered by jan 7th 2020. They mentioned in order summary with in 48 hrs installation will be done. But for me they took almost 12 days. And also they sent damaged item. They said return request has been raised and they have mentioned jan 26th 2020 technician will come for checking. Flipkart team also provided the onida customer service number. I contacted the onida team. They openly said today jan 26th is possible because of service centre closed today. I have paid for yhe item and flipkart team entertain with giving wrong hope and wrong commitment to the customers. Its my money. I paid money one month ago. My problem was not resolved and they extended the days by said wll reach you and team will contact you. Was this information helpful? | |||
