Flipkart — Service of kodak TV

Dear team jeeves,

Hope this mail finds you well!!!

I am writing this mail in a very disappointing circumstances because my kodak tv which i purchased in december 2018 and took an extended warranty (Invoices attached) is not working since last week.

The point of disappointment is due to following

1. I lodged a complaint on 14th august 2020 and engineer (Mr arshu) visited on 17th august 2020 and found pcb faulty on the basis of his diagnosis which he told us it will take a week for the pcb to be replaced.
2. Engineer completed the call on 18th august 2020 with remarks "customer has rescheduled for another two day" which i got to know when i called the service centre number [protected] (The number was given by mr arshu).
My question is if the machine is faulty how an engineer can close the service call with wrong information?

3. I called the service centre again then they said you please get the complaint lodged again which i did on 18th august and till today 21st 2020 i was not contacted by anyone. Even the call is also not registered till now for service
4. Today is 24th august and nobody has visited till now

This made me dissapointed customer for flipkart and jeeves
Next time i shall think so many times before purchasing anything from flipkart
